I’m proud to have recently closed on a 21-acre ranch property in Georgetown, Texas. One of my niches over time has become helping clients sell and purchase large swathes of land. This particular property, sold in just 11 days, has two sprawling pastures with plenty of space for horses, raising other farm animals, and myriad other kinds of agricultural and commercial development. The farmhouse itself is modern, elegant, with a large living room and dining room, a kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar.
