I write this from the top floor of the new house we've bought (first-time homebuyers) thanks to Grant Dean's expertise. This house is a Godsend. Grant, however, provided expert human intervention! We met with him just as The Pandemic was starting. Months later, after several "coincidences," we actually began house-hunting in the summer. By then we were getting back into foster care, and working from home, and needed more space. Grant perfectly understood our needs, and then later our geographic limits within a particular school zone. Once he cautioned us against a particular house (to the pleasant shock of friends and family when they heard of it). Later, once we'd made our third offer (successful this time!), he negotiated for just what we would need in our special circumstances. He's set a very high standard for our real-estate agent expectations going forward, and we can't highly enough recommend his agenting services."
