What day of the week is best to close on a property? Any day except Friday. Many times buyers and sellers do not close at the same time during the day and if one party cannot close until the late afternoon the chances of the file funding and the buyer getting their keys is slim. I personally like to close mid week or Thursday at the latest just in case the file doesn’t fund until Friday the buyer can still get their keys before the weekend. #cleartoclose #movingday #closingontime
