Grant Dean

Grant has called Texas home since he was just three months old. Raised in Houston and later moving to the Austin area in 1993, he graduated from McNeil High School in Round Rock in 1997, where he played on the varsity tennis team. He went on to earn his degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, majoring in Health Promotion & Fitness with a minor in Nutrition.
After spending more than 25 years in the Austin/Round Rock area, Grant and his family settled in Georgetown, TX, in 2020. He and his wife Emily—an Aggie, fellow licensed REALTOR®, and co-owner of Broadstone Realty LLC—are proud to raise their two children alongside a lively household that includes two cats, twelve chickens, and their energetic border collie, Bullet.
With over 16 years of real estate experience, Grant has successfully sold more than $100 million in property. His expertise spans residential homes, new construction, raw land for building or recreation, income-producing properties, short sales, foreclosures, and multi-family investments. In addition to sales, he provides residential and commercial property management services, offering clients a full range of real estate solutions.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time outdoors camping, backpacking, hunting, and shooting. He also stays active playing tennis and working out at the gym. Grant and his family are active members of Central Church in Round Rock.
Emily Dean

Emily is a native Texan who grew up in Denton. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a business degree focused in accounting. After college, Emily worked for the City of Pflugerville for six years as one of their accountants. She later decided to take a step back from her career to focus on raising her children full-time.
Once her children were both in school, Emily felt inspired to re-enter the finance and accounting world by starting her own bookkeeping business and contributing her skills to support her husband, Grant, as Broadstone Realty continued to grow. She currently manages all the finances for Broadstone Realty, including the property management side of the business.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading mystery novels, gardening, staying active in her church community, and serving on the PTA.
Shannon Ficklin

Since 2014, Shannon has a track record as a successful Realtor and has sold hundreds of houses. Her passion is to help her clients reach their real estate needs and goals. Shannon focuses on negotiating the best deal for her clients whether buying or selling. As a certified stager, she has the knowledge and understanding to prepare houses for attracting the best buyer at the highest sale price. Heston Luersen

Growing up in the Blackland Prairie region of Central Texas, Heston attended Granger High School and Graduated from Angelo State University with a degree in Finance Real Estate. After moving from San Angelo back to Central Texas, Heston and his Brother, Reagan, started a Construction Company, Blackland Builders LLC, focusing primarily on Custom Homes and Barndominiums.
From an early age, Heston realized the benefits that owning real estate can provide to the buyer/seller and their future generations. With a family/personal background in Farming, Ranching, and Construction, he has hands on experience with the land and all it has to offer.
