When you have your property listed for sale and an agent wants to preview or show a client should you stay while the property is being shown or leave? Generally speaking unless the property has very unique features that need a hands on demonstration and has been coordinated prior to showing up, GO. Do not be onsite when a buyer and their agent view the property. It many times will make the buyer feel uncomfortable, rushed and they will be more focused on the seller rather than the property’s features.
